Hi, my name is Pierre Thiffault and my goal is:
“To help you lead an active life, in great health, and perform to your best”

As a trainer, my contagious passion motivates my clients to reach their full potential and great shape, using simple, effective
workouts I have designed for them. I integrate several training approaches: functional, cardiorespiratory, increasing biomotor
capacity (coordination, strength, speed, flexibility, range of motion), and neuromuscular. I am an experienced trainer, qualified
to evaluate your current fitness level and set appropriate goals with you. I can motivate you to achieve these goals using a
personalized exercise program that takes into account your interests, free time, and current fitness level, including nutritional
and lifestyle advice, and above all, brings you positive results.

My biography

After many years of training and competing as a runner, my passion for physical activity, fitness, and health brought me to study
physical education at l’Université du Quebec à Montréal (UQAM). For many years, I worked as a personal trainer, fitness assessor,
and aerobics instructor in many recognized fitness centers. I later became an independent personal trainer, specializing in training
for runners. I soon developed a passion for the triathlon and completed my first IRONMAN in 2005.
In 2012, I created a new triathlon club Triomphe Triathlon now with over 80 membres.
