It is important to first assess your fitness levels, followed by your running technique. From there, a workout plan is suggested according
to your abilities and your goals. That's why I will run with you every session to really track your progress, correct you if necessary,
or suggest different workouts.
You are at an advanced level and have previous experience in running, but want to climb to new levels, run faster, farther,
I can help you!
One thing is certain, no matter your level, you'll reach your goal step by step.
At your own pace
of course, it is important to do these exercises at your own pace to avoid injuries. Remember that there will be other
sessions in the week! I am always available and it is easy to contact me by email or by phone.

What's better than running in a group it is motivating, fun and invigorating!

I also offer the posibility of running in a group, if you have a group of work colleagues or friends, contact me for more information.

Cost per individual training session
Private: 80$ per session
Semi-private: 2 people, 100$ per session
Exercise program: depending on the complexity, between 100$ and 140$ + a month
